Description
German M35 helmet used in the Spanish Civil War. This helmet retains the blue color of the Luftwaffe on the inside, so it was most likely used by the Legion Condor. Markings can be seen on the Steel but they are hardly legible. The exterior was repainted green with a Spanish liner and chinstrap added with the owner’s name “Manuel G”. It does not have the front clip for the regulatory postwar insignia, so its use was limited to the Spanish Civil War.
