JAP Juventudes de Acción Popular, original Spanish Civil War poster. 1936. This organization was created under the name of Juventudes de Acción Nacional (JAN) as a youth branch of the Acción Nacional party, which in 1933 was renamed Acción Popular, joining the CEDA Confederación Española de Derechas Autónomas..
In 1937 they dissolved into the FET and the JONS when the Unification Decree of April 20, 1937 was promulgated.
The JAP members wore clothing consisting of green shirts and used a salute that imitated the fascist salute by raising the arm.
The poster was edited by Lit. Valladolid Council in 1936.
