People’s Republic of Poland. Grunwald Badge, Berlin. With award document, dated 1946 and signed. Insignia established in 1945 to commemorate the victory over Germany in the Battle of Berlin and surroundings. He gave himself to all those Poles who fought in this battle, both with the Soviet Army and with the Western armies, and who resided in Poland at the end of the Second World War. The plaque refers to the Battle of Grunwald in 1410, where the Polish-Lithuanian Army defeated the Teutonic Order of Prussia. Polish badge of World War II.
