Militaria Barcelona Refund Policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. In the case of an online purchase, the 15 days will start counting when the customer receives the product.

The item to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was sent.

The refund will be made in full within the following 14 calendar days from the customer’s request.

Return of the item

To return a product purchased online at www.militariabcn.com, the same shipping method used when receiving it must be used. This may vary if the parties so wish.

If the item received is not the same as that reflected in the photographs and description on the website, the return shipping costs will be borne by Militaria Barcelona. In any other case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo, which modifies the consolidated text of the  Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios and other complementary laws, approved by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre.

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
