30.5 cm Mörser 1914–1915.
This mortar was manufactured by the Škoda Works in Plzeň (Pilsen), Bohemia, then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (now the Czech Republic). It was one of the most powerful siege artillery pieces used during the First World War.
The bronze plaque or tray was produced in 1915, during the first full year of the First World War.
