The National Delegation for Assistance to Fronts and Hospitals, of Carlist ideology, was created following the Unification Decree of 19 April 1937 (Official Gazette of 20 April) as a Service Delegation of the FET y de las JONS.
Its first National Delegate was María Rosa Urraca Pastor, who was replaced in July 1938 by Casilda de Ampuero.
