The Second National Front of the Escambray was a Cuban guerrilla group created and led by the Spaniard Eloy Gutiérrez Menoyo in 1958. Although the group initially supported Fidel Castro in his efforts to overthrow Cuban President Fulgencio Batista by operating in the Escambray Mountains area of Villa Clara Province, some of its members joined former Batista soldiers and local farmers in the Escambray Rebellion in opposition to Fidel Castro.
