Enamelled badge with a pin fastening on the reverse. Marked “RZM M1/34” and manufactured by Karl Wurster, Markneukirchen.
The NSDAP lapel badge was the official membership badge of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party and was introduced during the 1920s.
It consisted of a circular enamelled metal disc, with a black swastika on a white background in the centre and a red outer ring bearing the inscription “National-sozialistische D. A. P.”.
