Finland. Medal of the Winter War 1939-1940 (in Finnish Talvisodan muistomitali).
It was established on August 2, 1940 and was awarded to soldiers and civilians for serving the best interests of the nation. In particular, to honor those who helped maintain Finland’s independence.
