The sleeve insignia of the Clerk of the Kriegsmarine or Schreiber Laufbahnabzeichen was a distinction within the Kriegsmarine (the German Navy) during the II Reich period (Third Reich), and it was awarded to officers and non-commissioned officers who belonged to the «Laufbahn der Schreibkräfte,» meaning the career of clerks or administrative personnel.
