Germany III Reich. Lapel insignia of the Hitlerjugend, Jugendfest of 1936.
The Jugendfest of 1936 was an event organized by the Nazi regime in Germany, primarily aimed at the youth of the Third Reich. It was part of a series of festivals and celebrations designed to strengthen Nazi ideology among young people and promote a sense of community, discipline, and loyalty to the regime.
This particular event took place in the context of preparations for the 1936 Berlin Olympics. At the Jugendfest, young people participated in sports activities, parades, and exhibitions that exalted the virtues of Nazism, such as strength, discipline, and teamwork.
The event was yet another manifestation of Nazi propaganda, aimed at influencing the mentality of the new generations and aligning them with the regime’s ideals. It was often held during the same period as other large gatherings or celebrations, such as the Reichsparteitag (Party Day) in Nuremberg.
