Germany Third Reich. German Heer Officer’s Dagger by Carl Eickhorn
WW2 German Model 1935 Heer Officer’s Dagger (Wehrmacht Heer Offizierdolch).
The blade bears the maker’s mark of Carl Eickhorn with its logo — a squirrel holding a sword — together with the inscription “ORIGINAL EICKHORN SOLINGEN”.
The grip is made of orange-brown trolon, with a slightly lighter tone on the reverse side due to use. The crossguard features the Heer eagle with the characteristic Eickhorn details.
The dagger remains in good overall condition, although it shows signs of wear.
