Italy. Italian Model 1870/15 bayonet.
This is an Italian Model 1870 bayonet with a shortened blade and crossguard adapted to fit the M1891 Carcano rifle, matching the standard blade length used during World War I.
This model was also used during the Spanish Civil War and World War II.
The guard has the serial number «LM6999» and the blade is marked with a crowned «A», likely from the Turin Arsenal. It retains its original leather and brass scabbard.
