A red cross pattée edged in gold, bearing a small shield displaying the Cross of Saint George, also edged in gold, the whole surmounted by the gold Prince’s Crown of the Ancient Kingdom of the Crown of Aragon. It is suspended from a 40 mm wide garnet-coloured moiré bow.
The Order of the Chapter of Knights of the Ancient Kingdom of the Crown of Aragon is a contemporary nobiliary corporation constituted as a Brotherhood of Knights and registered with the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) in 2001.
Inspired by the nobiliary traditions of the former territories of the Crown of Aragon, its principal aims are to promote the study of their history, genealogy and heraldry, as well as to research their historical influence and legacy, particularly through its own Institute of Historical Studies.
