Lieutenant Cap of the People’s Army of the Republic. Republican cap from the Spanish Civil War. Made by Carmen Puig from Barcelona. It bears all the insignia of origin. It has no marks of having previously worn other insignia, so it must have been done expressly during the war and it was not a cap from the Republic period that was later used during the Civil War. Wooden buttons, narrow leather chinstrap. It has some moth holes.
