Netherlands. Dutch Mk-II helmet with netting (similar to the British MK-II). This model was manufactured between 1953 and 1957.
Marked «VB56 6SLN» by the manufacturer Verenigde Blikfabrieken on the rim of the pot and the remains of the black ink marking with the lion of Nassau and the text «Goedgekeurd» can be seen on the interior.
It still has the original netting.
