Balkan Wars. Patch of the Military Police of the Republic of Western Bosnia. The Republic of Western Bosnia (until 1995 the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia) was an internationally unrecognized puppet parastate within Bosnia and Herzegovina. It existed between September 1993 and August 1995 in the area of the northern region of Cazin. The capital of the Republic of Western Bosnia was Velika Kladuša, and its president was Fikret Abdić.
