The Red Guards were a paramilitary mass movement, composed mainly of university and secondary-school students in China, who were mobilized by Mao Zedong between 1966 and 1967, during the Cultural Revolution.
This model is blue with a red aluminum star. Most caps and uniforms were green, but versions also existed in blue and sand colors.
