Metal arm badge of the Divisione Volontari Littorio, an Italian unit incorporated into the Corpo Truppe Volontarie (CTV) and deployed during the Spanish Civil War.
This example corresponds to the first model, characterized by its light blue colour. The badge was worn on the arm as an identifying insignia by members of the division. Metal versions were normally worn by enlisted personnel, while embroidered versions were mainly associated with officers.
