Germany. Reproduction of a German Officer’s Dagger, Heer, Wehrmacht.
This German dagger was manufactured by Marto in the 1970s. This reproduction is among the best produced by Marto during that decade. It closely resembles the original daggers from World War II, but with minor differences: the number of sticks on the Holler Solingen thermometer marking (it has 10 instead of 11 or more) and the eagle, which doesn’t perfectly match the details of the Holler Solingen model, among other variations.
