Republic of Cuba. Exemplary Educator Insignia.
The «Exemplary Educator» badge was a Cuban institutional recognition awarded in the 1970s and 1980s, primarily by the Ministry of Education (MINED) and by unions within the educational sector.
It was not part of the official system of state decorations established by decrees (such as the «Frank País» Order or the «For Cuban Education» Distinction), but rather a sectorial recognition given to teachers with outstanding pedagogical and political work.
