Republic of Cuba. Insignia of the ANIR National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers.
With the image of Che Guevara and the coat of arms of Havana.
The National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers, abbreviated as ANIR, is a movement created in Cuba in 1981 at the University of Havana. Initially, it was a small association, with the faculties of this institution being the primary participants, and later expanded across the entire Cuban territory.
The association brings together workers and young people who, when faced with a particular problem, find an innovative solution. Its main objectives include strengthening the economic system, achieving efficiency, improving the quality of production and services, education, and defending the country.
Through this association, science and technology have been introduced into workplaces that, due to their characteristics, are somewhat distant from both, enabling the development of their scientific potential.
The organization participates in various sectors, such as commerce, chemicals, energy, tobacco, mining, sugar, health, public administration, and education.
