The Albanian Medal of the Order for Distinguished Defence Service (Për shërbime të shquara në fushën e mbrojtjes, in Albanian) was an official award granted during the communist era in Albania, especially under Enver Hoxha’s regime. It was awarded to military personnel, technicians, defense workers, and civilians who had shown outstanding commitment to the country’s defense, whether through training, organization, innovation, or ideological loyalty.
