Socialist Yugoslavia. Medal for Military Merit
The Medal for Military Merit of Yugoslavia, instituted in January 1952, was awarded to members of the armed forces and, occasionally, to civilians in recognition of outstanding service in the military field outside of direct combat. This distinction honored achievements such as excellence in command, organization, training, logistical support, or technical development within the Yugoslav People’s Army.
Yugoslav medal issued before 1992.
