First model manufactured in the Soviet Union in 1945, marked with «Монетный Двор» (Monetny Dvor, Moscow Mint) on the screwback. It features the inscription «III STOLPNJE,» meaning «3rd Class» in Slovenian (a Russian translation error, as the correct word is «STOPNJE») and the serial number «16060».
Made of silver with enamel.
The Order of the Partisan Star, established on August 15, 1943, was a Yugoslav military decoration awarded to officers and commanders who demonstrated outstanding leadership and bravery during the partisan struggle in World War II. Issued in several classes, the order recognized exceptional merit in organizing, leading, and succeeding in military operations against fascist occupation forces. Its design featured the red star, symbolizing socialism and resistance, reflecting a strong commitment to the antifascist cause and the building of the Yugoslav socialist state. The order was a high honor within the Yugoslav military decorations system.
