The obverse has a hammer and sickle in the central part, with all the enamels intact, and the marking «ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННАЯ ВОЙНА» (Patriotic War). The reverse has the marking «Монетный двор» (Mint) and the number «224335».
From the numbering we know that it was awarded in 1945.
You can slightly see the adhesive material that joins the front star and the rear frame.
