1895-1899. Medal of the Campaigns of Cuba and the Philippines, 1899. Created by the Supreme Assembly of the Spanish Red Cross by royal order of September 26, 1899, by the same circular it could be used by all the personnel of the Army to whom it had been awarded. On the obverse appears the Red Cross surmounted by a royal crown surrounded by a laurel and an oak frog. On the reverse the text To the Spanish Red Cross. Campaigns and Repatriation of 1895-1899.
