The Order of the Cross of Saint Raymond of Peñafort is a Spanish civil distinction awarded to recognize the outstanding merits of individuals linked to the Administration of Justice, the study and development of law in any of its specialties, as well as services rendered in legal activities related to the Ministry of Justice. This decoration was created by Decree of January 23, 1944.
