Spanish Red Cross. Gold Cross or First Class, 1907–1931.
The Spanish Red Cross was founded on July 6, 1864 by Royal Order of Isabella II of Spain.
The first decoration was the Grand Plaque of Honour and Merit, created on June 29, 1876.
Later, around 1907, the other distinctions were established.
