Soviet Union USSR. 30th Anniversary of Victory Medal, Civilian Worker Version
The Commemorative Medal for the 30th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 (Russian: Юбилейная медаль «Тридцать лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 гг.») was instituted on 25 April 1975 to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany.
This example is the version awarded to home-front workers, presented to civilians who contributed to the Soviet war effort through their work in industry, agriculture, transport, and other essential sectors during the Great Patriotic War. It can be distinguished from the combat veterans’ version by the inscription on the reverse.
