Soviet Union USSR. Medal for Impeccable Service, 1st Class, Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD)
The Medal for Impeccable Service (Russian: Медаль «За безупречную службу») was instituted on 25 January 1958 to reward long and exemplary service in the Soviet Armed Forces and the various Soviet security services.
This example is the 1st Class award of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) (Russian: Министерство внутренних дел, МВД), presented to personnel who had completed 20 years of impeccable service. It was awarded to officers, warrant officers, and other members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with an exemplary service record.
