Cap badge belonging to the Vietnam Construction Inspectorate (Thanh tra Xây dựng), the body responsible for specialized inspection duties in the field of construction. The badge, known as a phù hiệu, was officially regulated by the Ministry of Construction. The metal cap badge was a red shield enclosed within a 45 mm circular outline and featured the scales of justice, rice ears and a star, together with the inscription Thanh tra Xây dựng, meaning “Construction Inspectorate”.
