The badge belongs to the Vietnam Veterans Association (Hội Cựu chiến binh Việt Nam), whose initials HỘI CCBVN appear on the ribbon at the bottom. It features an oval design with a golden wreath of rice ears on a white background and, at the center, a red medallion bearing a golden profile of Hồ Chí Minh. It is the official emblem of the Association and is issued to its members, while also being used at official events, at Association premises and on organizational documents. Production and distribution of the badge are the responsibility of the Association’s Central Committee.
