Germany III Reich. Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords, and Diamonds in Gold. Reproduction.
The Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords, and Diamonds in Gold was produced in only 6 pieces during the Third Reich. Only one was awarded, to Hans-Ulrich Rudel on January 1, 1945; the remaining five were kept in Klessheim Castle, where they were captured by American forces.
This example is one of the most interesting reproductions. It is marked 800 and has a gold plating. The swords are in relief on both the obverse and reverse.
The box is marked with the LDO brand.
