Brown collar tabs corresponding to the rank of OT-Oberbauführer, equivalent to Oberleutnant (First Lieutenant) within the hierarchical structure of the Organisation Todt.
The Organisation Todt was a massive engineering and construction organization of Nazi Germany, created in 1938 and initially directed by Fritz Todt. Its main objective was to develop major infrastructure projects such as the German motorways (Autobahn) and military fortifications. During the Second World War, the organization became a key logistical pillar of the German war effort, constructing military bases, bunkers, and the so-called Atlantic Wall.
