Heer Enlisted shoulder boards with golden yellow for Cavalry or Reconnaissance.
The Army shoulder boards of the Wehrmacht (Heer Schulterstücke or Schulterklappen) indicated the rank and branch of service of their wearer. Shoulder boards for enlisted men and non-commissioned officers were made of cotton and had colored piping corresponding to their arm of service.
