Germany Third Reich. M33 Shoulder Boards of Infantry Regiment 6 for Unteroffizier
M1933 (M33) shoulder boards for a Non-Commissioned Officer (Unteroffizier) of the Heer, featuring the pointed shape characteristic of the early pattern and bearing the number 6 for Infantry Regiment 6.
The shoulder boards of the German Army of the Wehrmacht (Heer Schulterstücke or Schulterklappen) indicated both the rank and the branch of the unit to which the wearer belonged.
The M33 shoulder boards were manufactured in dark green wool cloth. The NCO version included NCO braid (Tresse) around the perimeter.
Original German shoulder boards of the Third Reich.
